None of you realize how dangerous the country is right now, we are the frogs in the boiling pot, the rhetoric out of the white house the last few days is exclusively focused of "the left", "trans" and continuing chucky kirks' rhetoric of hate and exclusion, the trailer park white trash fox news caucus is running America and will for the next 20 years, whatever 90's vision of America one had is gone, evaporated into a red mist of KKK rhetoric, it's gone, done.  Any remote nuanced understanding of "We the people..." is woke faggot bullshit now, and god help those queers, they'll be publicly hanged for their love and all Chuck Schumer and contemporary dem leadership will do is write a letter and hide like the cowards they are, I am physically sick, I cannot read "Band of brothers" because every one of those boys that died, died for nothing.  Fascism has come to America wrapped in the American flag and carrying a bible.

    It's over, 249 years of democratic experimentation on this part of the continent have expired, there might be some turmoil, but I don't see it, those complicit with the fourth reich vision of America outnumber those who can conceive of why we fought against the nazis in the first place, which even then was to honor treaties, there is no coherent American vision for peace, prosperity or any brevity of fate upon any free soul that dares to express itself.  This second administration is the last one, the midterms will be cancelled or rigged, conservatives will win an overwhelming majority, and the mandate will be for a dystopian christofascist version of America, just as #project2025 has wanted.  The American people are generationally indocrinated, stupid, lazy, they talk a big game but there will be no serious resistance, offer them cheap cable tv and air conditioning and you can get an American to do anything, we are a cheap people, easily bought.        I've got nothing, I give up, from here on in I can only witness it, I can scream but I have no mouth, and those I scream at are deaf, not much longer before ICE elevates to death squads, and the news coverage will fade faster than school shootings do, perhaps somewhere, someone should have worked out how to hold an insurrectionist responsible, or claw back some societal understanding of "E Pluribus Unum.", that regardless of race, class, creed or gender that we are all one, but that era is over, I pray I'm wrong, but all I see is a "Handmaids tale" future of a fractured country championed by a complicit public clinging to a sense of normalcy, allowing unspeakable horrors to pass by unnoticed, I only hope that I can luck out and take a cop with me when they eventually come, I don't think I'd forgive myself otherwise.
